New Uniforms
BYSA is excited to be partnering with SquadLocker for uniform fulfillment and couldn’t be happier with the quality and appearance of our new kits! These uniforms are required for all new and returning BYSA Traveling League athletes. Sample uniforms will be available for fitting at player evaluations in April. Uniform price included below.
Traveling League Player Evaluations
BYSA will be holding player evaluations in April. Player evaluations should be considered mandatory. Players unable or unwilling to attend an evaluation session will automatically be placed on an age-appropriate team. Additional information will be communicated when available.
Director of Coaching
Please join us in welcoming newly appointed director of coaching, Dario Andrijasevic. Dario’s enthusiasm and knowledge of the sport of soccer have had significant impact on each BYSA team he has coached over the past several seasons in Byron. Dario’s extensive resume as a player and coach will serve him well as he works to build relationships and elevate the sport of soccer in Byron.
Parent Volunteerism
BYSA relies on parents to coach all recreational teams, the younger traveling teams, and also to serve as traveling team managers for all age groups. No experience is necessary. Resources are available to help make it a great season for everyone. Volunteer sign up is built into the player registration process. Please consider signing up! We are counting on you to make 2023 another successful year.

2023 Spring/Summer Estimate of Costs
Recreational Registration: $75 (no increase from last year)
Traveling Registration U9-U10: $160 (no increase from last year)
Traveling Registration U11-U17: $325 (no increase from last year)
Traveling Tournaments: $175-$225 Approximate total cost for five tournaments. Tournament cost varies by age group and roster size.
Traveling Uniform: $96 (includes home and away jerseys and shorts)
Hotels: BYSA reserves hotel blocks for each tournament as a courtesy. It is not required that you stay in a hotel as a team during tournaments.
